 Op 'n ernstige noot - ek gebruik net droee wit of -rooiwyn waarvan ek 'n boksie van elk in die kombuis hou. Om gehaltewyn te gebruik is vir my vermorsing.
As ek dit in die teenwoordigheid van spogvrate moet maak, gooi ek die bokswyn oor in lee bottels Cabernet Sauvignon of Sauvignon Blanc - dan lag ek in die mou vir die mooi komplimente wat tydens ete uitgegiet word..
