Nat biltong, in skuins dun repe gesny,

Caperbessies
Roketblare
Grofgerasperde Parmesaanse kaas
Olyfolie
Rangskik biltong op mooi plat bord
Bondel roketblare in die middel van die bord
Sprinkel gerasperde kaas en capers oor
Maak sousie van olie en mostert en drup oor net voor opdiening of n>
*Honey & Mustard Dressing*
Honey
& Mustard Dressing :
180ml Olive Oil
45ml of Red Wine Vinegar
10ml Honey
5ml Dijon mustard
Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together in a blender or by hand
