NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE
Buy ready made pie crust, or
use digestive biscuits mixed with butter.
250g softened cream cheese;
1/3C sugar;
1C sour cream;
2 tsp pure vanilla extract;
250g prepared whipped
topping, thawed;
450g fresh strawberries,
hulled & halved lengthwise.
Beat cream cheese with
electric mixer until smooth. Beat in sour cream & vanilla. Fold in the
whipped topping. Pour into pie crust. Decorate with strawberries & left-over
filling mixture. Chill for 4hrs.
