PERE IN MARSALA WYN / POACHED



MICROWAVE POACHED PEARS 
For a quick and easy dessert that even the most clueless chef could make, whip up this recipe for Microwave Poached Pears. Sit back, relax and let your microwave do all the necessary work.

Ingredients
•3 pears, peeled, cored and halved
•Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
1.Toss peeled pear halves in lemon juice, arrange in microwave-safe dish, cut side down and stem end pointing to the center.
2.Cut zest in julienne strips and scatter over pears. Pour any leftover lemon juice over the top.
3.Cover tightly with Saran wrap. Cook on full power for 6 to 7 minutes (6 minutes for softer pears; 7 for firmer pears).
4.Prick top to release steam, cool in dish, recover with Saran wrap and chill.* Leer Kook Met Jou Mikrogolf

PERE IN MARSALA:


6 ewe groot pere,
1 suurlemoen,
1/2kop strooisuiker,
3 kop Marsala,
1stuk pypkaneel & vanieljepeul.

1. Skil pere,maar los stingels aan.Sprinkel suurlemoensap oor pere sodat dit nie bruin word nie.
2. Plaas skil van suurlemoen,strooisuiker,Marsala,pypkaneel &vanieljepeul in kastrol &verhit oor lae hitte tot suiker opgelos het.
Plaas pere in kastrol &verhit tot kookpunt.
Verlaag hitte,prut vir 15min of tot pere sag is.
Laat afkoel in stroop-laat verkieslik oornag staan.
3. Skep pere uit stroop en hou eenkant.
4. Verhoog hitte &kook stroop tot stroperig,so ±15min.
Verwyder suurlemoenskil &vanieljepeul &giet stroop oor pere.
Dien warm of koud op met vla of room.
