BAR 0NE POEDING

120g roomkaas
3 Bar Ones in stukkies gesny
250ml room, geklop
700ml melk
2 pakkies sjokolade geur kitspoeding
1 pakkie Romany Creams, grof gebreek
50g gerasperde sjokolade
Meng die roomkaas en Bars Ones. Vou die geklopte room in. Klits die melk en kitspoeding saam. Laat 5 minute in die yskas stol. Skep ‘n derde van die kitspoeding in ‘n glaspoedingbak. Sprinkel die helfte van die stukkies beskuitjies daaroor, dan die helfte van die roomkaasmengsel. Herhaal die lae en eindig met die oorblywende derde van die sjokoladepoedingmengsel. Skep die roomkaasmengsel oor me die oorblywende kitspoedingmengsel bo-op. Sprinkel die res van die stukkies Bar One en gerasperde sjokolade oor en dit 4-5 uur in die yskas tot dit gestol het.25/6/13

Bar One Chocolate Mousse
Serves 4
4 Bar Ones
150 g Marshmallows
15 ml cacao
100 ml milk
1. Chop 3 1/2 Bar Ones
2. Microwave chocolates and milk together on full power (1 000 W) for one minute
3. Add the cacao and stir well. Add the marshmalloss and microwave again for another minute until the marshmalloss have puffed up
4. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth
5. Transfer to four individual serving dishes
6. Refrigerate to set
7. Slice the remaining half a Bar One into eight slices
8. Top each mousse pot with two slices of Bar One to garnish
